Changing the Status
The Status of an order is located on the top right of the screen on the order details page. We appreciate your efforts to keep us up to date on the status of an appraisal at all times if possible. Please keep us up to date on these status updates at a minimum: Accepted, Scheduled, Inspected and Being Typed, and In Review. To change the status, click on the Status link. You will be prompted to change the status to the next step in the appraisal completion process.
If you are having trouble at some point in the appraisal process, you can always send us a note to let us know the situation. Example: “Left message for the borrower; waiting for a call back.” (See “Adding a Note“.)
