Placing Orders
For most of our clients, appraisal ordering is integrated with their lender software and direct order placement is not possible. For those clients who allow direct order placement, please see the following instructions.
In the top right hand side of your screen on the Main page or on an individual order page, you will see a green box labelled “Order Appraisal.” Click on the box to get started with your entering your order.
You will be taken to a screen where you can enter the information needed to complete your order.
Finish your direct order entry by clicking “Create” on the bottom right of the screen.
Arivs staff will receive your order instantly and being the assigning process.
