Viewing Orders
When you log in to the Arivs system, you are brought to the Main screen. You can refer to this Main list to be informed on file status and estimated delivery information. If needed, you can use the search box at the top or the labeled status tabs to find a particular file. Please note that the files are sorted by importance, with the files that need a response to a “Refer to Comments” note at the top of the screen.
In order to view the details of a particular order, click on the file number. This will take you to a detail display screen for that particular order.
